By placing an order, our general terms and conditions are accepted, and the customer agrees to have taken note of them and accepts them. Escort77 acts exclusively as a service provider and operates on behalf of the respective ladies, who act independently and on their own account. We provide an advertising platform, coordinate appointments, and place advertisements. Escort77 strives to verify the respective Sedcards as far as possible but assumes no liability for the timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of the information.

Formation of the Contract All information is non-binding and without obligation. A legally binding contract does not arise simply through a telephone inquiry or by sending the booking form; this constitutes contact initiation. After brief feedback with the lady of your choice, we confirm the appointment. A binding contract is established once both parties have agreed on essential contract components such as fees, time, and location.
Payment Method Unless otherwise agreed contractually, payment is made in cash in Euros, handed over by the customer to the escort lady at the start of the appointment. For bookings outside the location (30 km outside of Berlin city center) or advance bookings, we charge a reservation fee of 30% of the payable amount, plus travel expenses and any incurred expenses. These are to be transferred to the account specified by us or paid via Moneygram/Western Union. Timely payment in this case is a prerequisite for compliance with obligations.
Fees Please refer to the respective Sedcard or the "Prices" menu item for information. In addition to the fee itself, additional costs such as travel expenses may arise. The lady will gladly issue an invoice upon request, unless otherwise noted by the respective lady, no VAT is charged according to § 19 UStG and therefore not displayed.
Withdrawal from the Contract by the Customer In case of cancellation of the order up to 48 hours before the use of the escort service, no costs will be incurred for the customer. The deposit already transferred for the fee will be fully refunded. If a return of the already paid travel costs is possible, we will also refund these. We reserve the right to charge a fee for this. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit remains with Escort77. You can credit the deposit towards your next booking. Otherwise, the sum is presented to the lady as compensation for lost work and handling fee. We explicitly inform the customer that he has the right to prove that handling costs have not arisen or have arisen in a significantly lower amount than the handling fee and that the lady had no missed appointments and thus no loss of earnings.
Withdrawal from the Contract by the Escort Lady Your satisfaction is our utmost concern, and we strive to fulfill our duties in good faith. The escort ladies have the right to withdraw from the contract if the customer does not behave properly (e.g., threats of violence/acts of violence, intoxication, drugs, etc.) or is not hygienically maintained.
Claims for Damages Claims for damages against Escort77, relating to damages of a material or immaterial nature, such as withdrawal from the contract by an escort lady, delay, or through the use of the provided information are excluded, as long as there is no proven intentional or grossly negligent action by Escort77.
